Companionship Care & Support Services

At Divine HSC we strongly believe that a connected community is good for everyone. Our Companionship Care and Support Services ensure that you or your loved ones can live life to the fullest. That means helping you to stay in touch with people, meeting new friends, starting or rekindling a hobby or just seeing the world outside your home. Whatever Companionship care is required, this will be carried out with your personal preferences respected.

At all times, we build your Companionship care and support around you, your interests and your friends and family, rather than a “one size fits all” approach. You will be fully involved in deciding and assessing your needs. Of course, these can change as time goes on; we are flexible and we adapt our care to suit your life.
